Sam created The Future Project. He realised that the recruitment industry was becoming too focused on hitting targets and lacked an ethical/human approach. Values, skills, diversity were ignored, and hiring managers become frustrated when they are interviewing candidates that didn’t fit their organisation. The industry was focused on the now, and not our clients future programmes of work.
Recognising that the people we work with want to partner with an agency they can be proud of, we have a social mission at our core: Their Future Project, we will be donating 1% of all fees earned to UK Youth, the UK’s leading national youth charity. For us, it is massively important to think about the next generation and giving them the best possible pathway and opportunity to make a success of their lives.
